Design Highlight: Branch Styling

We’re the change in seasons, we are loving the opportunity to bring more greenery into our spaces to breathe new life in our designs. Foraging branches is an affordable and dramatic way to do just that!

“Work with what your mama gave you”! In this case we’re referring to mother nature and her bountiful greens, when it comes to styling and decorating your home.

In the past I’ve worked for designers who really thrive in the styling phase of the project. In particular they would always “forage” for whatever greens were available on the property we were shooting. It was such an excellent tool to have our cutting sheers at the ready when it came to dressing all the beautiful pottery and crocs we had ready for styling our spaces.

I think in large part, this is a simple DIY that extends perfectly into fall and not only styling our kitchens or table scapes, but also allows us to appreciate the changing of the seasons in a new way and scale.

This styling element is always better when in it’s grandest form, and surprisingly in all our years of experience, the kitchen is the place to go as oversized as possible.
