We are jumping into the new year with some brand new design projects and a fresh perspective on what the design and renovation trends are making their marks this year.

But before we jump into interiors, I thought I would share some of my favourite renovation trends for 2023.

With some bigger projects starting, we dive into weeks and months of planning the renovation with our amazing team of contractors and architects. It’s so great to work on projects with our clients as soon as floor plans are being made, so we can help weigh in on space planning, finishes and some of the renovation details that help to tie the space together.

Arches

We are carrying this arch trend through from last year as it is also a classic architectural element that will never truly go out of style. Consider it for breaking up open concept spaces and adding architectural features to your space.

Arched windows have been a popular architectural feature for centuries, with their distinctive shape adding a touch of elegance and grandeur to any space. These windows have a rich history, with their origins dating back to ancient times and their use spanning a wide range of architectural styles.
